It appears that the movie “300″ was more than Gerard Butler could handle. It created a downhill spiral of pain and substance abuse that forced the “Of Men and Mavericks” star into rehab.
TMZ is reporting that it was not just prescription painkillers, but also cocaine.
Butler’s rep has reported to People that he has officially completed his treatment and is returning home in good health.
